陶(tao)瓷(ci)紊流(liu)雙套管(guan)是我公(gong)司在紊流(liu)雙套管(guan)基(ji)礎上做的進一(yi)步改進,屬于國內首創,該產品由(you)主輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)和固(gu)定在其內壁頂部的內旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)組成,內旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)上設有引流(liu)-阻尼隔板,底部沿(yan)軸(zhou)向按工藝要求每隔一(yi)定間距設一(yi)開口,通(tong)過輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)道的自調節(jie)實(shi)現飛(fei)灰的紊流(liu)狀態輸(shu)送(song)。
陶瓷耐磨雙套(tao)管從輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)理(li)上(shang)有(you)別于常規的(de)正壓(ya)氣力輸(shu)送(song)系統,改(gai)懸(xuan)浮輸(shu)送(song)為靜(jing)壓(ya)輸(shu)送(song),從而改(gai)變了常規正壓(ya)輸(shu)送(song)低濃(nong)度、高流速、易磨損、易堵(du)管的(de)工況,是(shi)解決輸(shu)送(song)高磨損、大(da)出力、密(mi)相(xiang)輸(shu)送(song)磨損性(xing)大(da)的(de)物料(例(li)如鍋爐飛(fei)灰(hui)(hui))的(de)理(li)想方(fang)案,代表(biao)了當(dang)今除灰(hui)(hui)技術的(de)先進水平。
該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)包括主輸送(song)管(guan)、內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)主輸送(song)管(guan)的(de)外壁(bi)上(shang)間隔(ge)設置(zhi)有(you)(you)多個焊(han)接(jie)孔,所(suo)述主輸送(song)管(guan)的(de)外壁(bi)上(shang)沿(yan)軸向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)刻有(you)(you)指(zhi)(zhi)引線(xian),并且(qie)焊(han)接(jie)孔位(wei)于指(zhi)(zhi)引線(xian)上(shang)。通過刻畫指(zhi)(zhi)引線(xian),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)將內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)緊靠(kao)主輸送(song)管(guan)的(de)內(nei)壁(bi)進行(xing)焊(han)接(jie)時,能夠(gou)保(bao)證足夠(gou)的(de)有(you)(you)效焊(han)接(jie)部位(wei),使得(de)內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)受到高速(su)灰氣(qi)流的(de)沖(chong)刷時不易脫落。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)的(de)外壁(bi)上(shang)沿(yan)軸向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)刻有(you)(you)定位(wei)線(xian),利用(yong)定位(wei)線(xian)能夠(gou)保(bao)證足夠(gou)的(de)有(you)(you)效焊(han)接(jie)部位(wei)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)的(de)外壁(bi)上(shang)設置(zhi)有(you)(you)鉤掛(gua)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),能夠(gou)使內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)整體與主輸送(song)管(guan)的(de)內(nei)壁(bi)接(jie)觸更(geng)加緊密。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)的(de)入口處設置(zhi)防磨裝(zhuang)置(zhi),能夠(gou)延長內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)的(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming)。適合在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)物料輸送(song)領域推(tui)廣應用(yong)。
