陶瓷紊流(liu)雙套管(guan)(guan)是我公司在紊流(liu)雙套管(guan)(guan)基(ji)礎上做的(de)(de)進一(yi)步改進,屬于國內(nei)首創(chuang),該產(chan)品由主輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)和(he)固(gu)定在其內(nei)壁頂(ding)部的(de)(de)內(nei)旁通管(guan)(guan)組成(cheng),內(nei)旁通管(guan)(guan)上設(she)有引流(liu)-阻尼隔板(ban),底部沿軸向按工藝(yi)要(yao)求每隔一(yi)定間距設(she)一(yi)開口(kou),通過輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)自調節實現飛灰的(de)(de)紊流(liu)狀態輸(shu)送。

該裝置包括主(zhu)輸送管(guan)、內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan),在(zai)主(zhu)輸送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)間隔設置有多(duo)個焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)孔,所述(shu)主(zhu)輸送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)沿(yan)(yan)軸向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻(ke)有指引線,并(bing)且焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)孔位(wei)于指引線上(shang)。通(tong)過刻(ke)畫指引線,在(zai)將內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)緊(jin)靠主(zhu)輸送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)壁進行焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)時,能夠(gou)(gou)保證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)有效焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)部(bu)位(wei),使得內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)在(zai)受到高速灰氣流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)沖刷時不易(yi)脫落。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)沿(yan)(yan)軸向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻(ke)有定(ding)位(wei)線,利用定(ding)位(wei)線能夠(gou)(gou)保證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)有效焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)部(bu)位(wei)。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)設置有鉤掛裝置,能夠(gou)(gou)使內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)整體與主(zhu)輸送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)壁接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸更加緊(jin)密。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)入口處設置防磨裝置,能夠(gou)(gou)延長(chang)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)使用壽命(ming)。適(shi)合在(zai)物料(liao)輸送領(ling)域推廣應用。
