陶(tao)瓷紊(wen)流雙套管(guan)(guan)(guan)是我公(gong)司在紊(wen)流雙套管(guan)(guan)(guan)基礎上做的進一步(bu)改進,屬于(yu)國內首創,該產品由主輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)固定在其內壁頂部(bu)的內旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)組成,內旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上設(she)有引流-阻尼隔板,底部(bu)沿軸(zhou)向按工(gong)藝要(yao)求每隔一定間距設(she)一開口,通(tong)過輸(shu)(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)道的自調節實現(xian)飛灰的紊(wen)流狀(zhuang)態輸(shu)(shu)送。
陶瓷耐磨雙套管(guan)從輸送(song)(song)機(ji)理(li)上有別于常規的(de)正壓(ya)氣力輸送(song)(song)系統(tong),改懸浮(fu)輸送(song)(song)為靜壓(ya)輸送(song)(song),從而改變(bian)了常規正壓(ya)輸送(song)(song)低(di)濃度(du)、高流速(su)、易(yi)(yi)磨損、易(yi)(yi)堵管(guan)的(de)工況,是解(jie)決輸送(song)(song)高磨損、大出力、密相輸送(song)(song)磨損性大的(de)物料(liao)(例如鍋爐飛灰)的(de)理(li)想方(fang)案,代表了當今除灰技(ji)術的(de)先進水平。
