陶瓷紊流(liu)(liu)雙(shuang)套管(guan)是(shi)我公司在(zai)紊流(liu)(liu)雙(shuang)套管(guan)基礎上做的(de)進一步改進,屬于國內首創(chuang),該產品(pin)由主輸(shu)送管(guan)和(he)固定(ding)在(zai)其(qi)內壁頂部(bu)的(de)內旁(pang)通管(guan)組成,內旁(pang)通管(guan)上設有(you)引(yin)流(liu)(liu)-阻(zu)尼隔板,底部(bu)沿軸向按工藝要求每(mei)隔一定(ding)間距設一開口,通過輸(shu)送管(guan)道的(de)自調(diao)節實現飛灰的(de)紊流(liu)(liu)狀態輸(shu)送。

該裝置包(bao)括主輸(shu)(shu)送管、內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管,在(zai)主輸(shu)(shu)送管的(de)(de)(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)間(jian)隔設置有(you)多個焊接孔,所述主輸(shu)(shu)送管的(de)(de)(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)沿(yan)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)刻有(you)指引線(xian),并(bing)且(qie)焊接孔位于指引線(xian)上(shang)。通(tong)過刻畫指引線(xian),在(zai)將內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管緊(jin)靠(kao)主輸(shu)(shu)送管的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)(bi)進(jin)行焊接時,能夠(gou)保證足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)效焊接部位,使(shi)得內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管在(zai)受到高速灰氣流的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖刷時不易脫落。在(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管的(de)(de)(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)沿(yan)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)刻有(you)定位線(xian),利用定位線(xian)能夠(gou)保證足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)效焊接部位。在(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管的(de)(de)(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)設置有(you)鉤(gou)掛裝置,能夠(gou)使(shi)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管整(zheng)體(ti)與主輸(shu)(shu)送管的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)(bi)接觸更加緊(jin)密。在(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管的(de)(de)(de)(de)入(ru)口(kou)處設置防磨裝置,能夠(gou)延長內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命。適(shi)合在(zai)物料輸(shu)(shu)送領域推廣(guang)應用。
